CHALLENGE
For the inaugural exhibition at Casa Daros Museum in Rio de Janeiro, Cantos Cuentos Colombianos, the goal was to create an interactive digital guide that provided visitors with deep insights into each artwork and artist. The exhibition showcased one of the most extensive collections of contemporary Colombian Art presented in Brazil. It was essential to create an engaging and user-friendly solution to enhance the visitor experience. The challenge was to design an intuitive app that could deliver rich content like biographies, artist statements, and high-resolution images—while being accessible on both museum tablets and personal devices.

Product Designer, UX/UI
SOLUTION
I worked on the UX and interface design for a tablet-based digital guide, ensuring an immersive and seamless experience for visitors. The app featured an intuitive navigation system that allowed users to explore artists and artworks through a visually dynamic interface. High-resolution images, interactive galleries, and artist interviews enriched the storytelling experience. A layered information structure enabled visitors to engage with content at different depths—browsing quick overviews or delving into detailed artist perspectives, curatorial texts, and contextual information.
IMPACT
The Cantos Cuentos Colombianos app transformed visitors’ engagement with the exhibition, offering an interactive and educational complement to the physical artwork. By making in-depth content easily accessible, the app fostered a deeper appreciation for contemporary Colombian art. The project demonstrated the power of technology in enhancing cultural experiences.
